Shipping & Return Policy

All Shipping will take up to 3-5 business days when purchasing bundles. When purchasing your Wig please give us 1-2 weeks as all wigs are made to order.

Make sure you follow the diagram below when taking your head measurements PLEASE do not measure your head with an wig on it make sure u are measuring your exact size head by using a soft tape measurement.With returns it must be within 2 weeks from purchase date. To be eligible for return, the wig must be in original condition, complete with hair net, original tag attached, tissue paper, wig box and any inserts originally included.

The wig may not have been brushed, combed, styled, washed, altered or worn.
